*Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationship. This is why it is important to make sure that we are a good fit and that you are ready to put in the work. The benefits of short term therapy far outweigh the risks of not getting help.
Insurance
Insurance not accepted. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
*For Couples, marriage counseling is not normally covered under most health insurance plans, regardless of a therapist being in a network with an insurance company. In order for an insurance company to provide reimbursement for counseling, the therapist must assign a mental health diagnosis to one of the partners which is then submitted to the insurance company.
*With insurance companies dictating clinical decisions such as a mandated mental health diagnosis for reimbursement and the how long and frequent your sessions should be. I have decided to not bill insurance companies for sessions. This allows me to provide the utmost flexibility and privacy for my clients. Without having to provide a mental health diagnosis, your records are secure and confidential. There will be no diagnosis from this clinician on your permanent health record and no one will ever know you’re in therapy unless you tell them.
*Please note that not all insurance companies provide coverage for online therapy, so you will need to check with your insurance carrier if you are wanting to use your benefits to cover a portion of online therapy sessions.*

I accept major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
